Today, a meeting aimed at fostering scientific collaboration and innovative projects in the Aral sea basin was held at the International Innovation Center of the Aral sea basin. The event was attended by the center’s director, Bakhytzhan Khabibullayev, representatives of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Elena Kogay, director of NGO Kogay, and Rakhат Kurmanbayev, head of the “International Center for the Study of Aral Ecosystems.”
Representatives of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University presented the university’s scientific potential, including research activities, grant projects, and educational programs. The director of the International Innovation Center of the Aral basin introduced the center’s ongoing projects and conducted a tour of its facilities.
As a result of the discussions, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and the International Innovation Center of the Aral sea basin under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The document was signed by the university’s rector, Karimova Beibitkul Sarsembekovna, and the center’s director, Khabibullayev Bakhytzhan Sagidullayevich.

- Joint lectures, master classes, and research projects;
