During a video conference meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of tasks were set in priority areas for the improvement of mahalas and the expansion of green spaces within the framework of the national project “Green Space”. In this regard, a group of specialists from the International Innovation Center of the Aral Sea region organized the planting of tree and shrub seedlings at the Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in order to significantly increase the area of green spaces, which will significantly improve the ecological environment. As part of the project, decorative and drought-resistant trees were planted on the territory of the institution. Considering that seedlings of landscape trees are planted in late autumn after the leaves have fallen or before the beginning of the growing season, in the children’s medical center, MIC specialists selected trees that are most suitable for our soil and climatic conditions, which are pleasing to the eye and enrich the air with oxygen all year round. It must be said that ornamental and fruit trees planted throughout the republic as part of this nationwide project help reduce the impact of urban heat and lower air temperatures. It is no coincidence that this project is carried out under the slogan “What remains from a good person is a garden.” Each tree planted clears dust from the air, produces oxygen, has a positive impact on climate change currently occurring around the world, and shares green space with future generations. Our goal is to contribute to the improvement of the environment and prosperity of our country and to be a good example for our children.
