The paper should offer a practical solution to existing problems in the saline lands of the Aral sea region using innovative methods. During the selection process, the competition is evaluated by the expert Council based on such criteria as relevance, accuracy of the question, the use of modern scientific methodology, and the experience of the researcher.
Innovative start-up projects submitted to the competition are evaluated according to the following conditions:
- The best startup project aimed at mitigating the negative consequences of the construction of the Aral sea;
- The best startup project aimed at improving the environmental situation in the saline lands of the Aral sea region;
- The best startup project aimed at developing the world of flora (plants) and fauna (animals) on the land of the Aral sea;
- This is the best start-up project focused on developing innovative technologies against soil salinization and climate change on the land of the Aral sea.
As a result of the competition, the Ministry of innovative development and the ICBA international center will jointly allocate grant funding totaling 100 thousand us dollars for the implementation of projects.
