Various types of melons from the collection of the Research Institute of Plant Industry were planted in the frame of conducting an experiment on the theme “Testing varieties of melon crops (melons, watermelons, pumpkins) adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the Aral Sea region” at the research and production site (Nukus district) of the International innovation center for the Aral Sea basin under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The head of this research and experimental work is the assistant of the laboratory of diversification of cultures Idirisov Kamalatdin.
